Any details specific to your project should be recorded in the written proposal or agreement provided for that project. If a detail is not agreed there, these draft terms do not determine it.

Items to confirm before publication

• When and how project payments are due, and how quotes remain valid.
• Cancellation, postponement, and refund terms.
• Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables and pre-existing materials.
• Client inputs, approvals, scope changes, revisions, delivery, and support.
• Responsibility for third-party services used in a project.
• Any warranty, liability, dispute, or governing-law terms, after legal review.
• The correct legal contracting party and official contact details.
